Recently, I had the honor of attending the RSVP Symposium in Paris, held at France’s most iconic attraction, the Eiffel Tower. It brought many industry icons to engage and interact with fellow professionals from the luxury wedding industry. I am humbled and privileged to achieve yet another milestone by joining this Symposium inside one of the world’s most popular landmarks, which focuses on elevating the experiences regarding luxury wedding planning. Allow me to present my impressions of the event, as I was truly astonished!
It was an extravagant event that started on a beautiful note in Paris with magnificent welcome reception with views of the Arc de Triomphe. The guests enjoyed and celebrated their arrival with experts from across the globe. The chatter was simply impeccable with drinks, delectable pastries, fresh pasta, and delicate canapes. Simply put, it was the perfect night to kick start the RSVP symposium on how to elevate my luxury wedding planning services.
On day one of the symposium, respected industry pioneers were selected to elevate and inspire fellow wedding professionals, hosted inside of the Eiffel Tower. It consisted of leaders and wavemakers effortlessly sharing their views on topics that help educate us to the highest level. It was an absolute honor to be a part of such an event that featured keynote presentations and panel members – world-famous talented professionals like Teddy Manuel, Elizabeth Solaru, Norma Cohen, and Colin Cowie, who all contributed to an illuminating and invaluable experience. And, of course, I must mention the incredible Sharon Sacks, who has gracefully coordinated large-scale to intimate celebrations for countless celebrities. She meticulously incorporates her uniqueness and style into her work while maintaining a commitment to glamor and perfection. Her profound knowledge and wisdom gave the audience a glimpse of her path into the luxury weddings and events industry.
The wedding and event planners at the event also aided us with the confidence, tools, and unique understanding of the luxury event space. I was joined by several peers from the industry who came together to strategically network, boost their success and absorb knowledge insights from the leaders. Since I was rather impressed with the whole experience, I intend to attend the event annually to elevate my services and deliver unique client experiences.
The energy that filled the room was electric, exciting, and full of endless opportunities! The professionals educated us on how to elevate the online presence and highlighted the concept of a digital shopfront via social media. They mentioned the key factors in setting online businesses for success through seasonal campaigns and content. Also, they highlighted the importance of social traffic drivers in the wedding and event industry.
After a day filled with formalities, we were invited to attend an informal evening of decadent anarchy – the Punk Marie Antoinette party at the Hôtel de Crillon! It was truly a night to remember! In addition, RSVP took it up a notch on the 3rd day by bringing the Symposium to the finest jewels of France’s cultural heritage, Château de Chantilly. The day was filled with education and entertainment to elevate luxury wedding planning services. And on the last night, we attended an incredible Moulin Rouge themed party at the Hôtel Plaza Athénée. It was absolutely spectacular! In addition, here’s an interesting fact for you – the Suite in Hôtel Plaza Athénée is where they filmed Season 1 Episode 7 – Emily in Paris!
